Front Entry With Grilled Shutter
The grill from an antique window is the focal point of this bold pintle-hinged door. Roughly cut from the original frame, the aged matte patina retained, the rustic grill contrasts nicely with the smooth finish of the door. The grill covers a large operable shutter. The door was made with salvaged lumber etched with lines to resemble planks. The door pivots on a pintle hinge.
