French Doors with Transom

These patio doors with shutters were made with a pair of antique Mexican doors. The large operable shutters let in a lot of light when open, while the transom up top provide a slice of light at all times. An unadorned astragal runs down the middle of the doors. The multi-layered finish mimics the original aged patina of the antique doors.
