Curved Mantel
Old World Carved Fireplace Mantle
This curved fireplace mantel was made using salvaged lumber, a carved antique panel, sections from an antique corbel that form the legs of the mantel and a finial from an antique dowry chest that once cut in half formed the feet of the mantel. Additional photos show the elements that went into the mantel as well as the underside of the finished fireplace mantel.
