The sales price for all custom products includes materials, labor, essential hardware, and related services. However, due to the unique specifications of each custom order and fluctuating vendor costs, the following items are not included in the base price and will be invoiced separately:

  • decorative hardware
  • glass
  • installation of decorative hardware and glass
  • appliance panels
  • change orders
  • packing, crating and shipping
