Arched Entry Gate
Double Gate
This reproduction arched entry gate was made using salvaged lumber. It is trimmed with reclaimed tin that has been hammered flat and attached with tiny nails. A set of 24 large domed iron clavos accent the gate which also features an astragal, enhanced top and bottom with carved finials from antique dowry chests.
In additional photos we see the arched gate in the shop after hardware installation. The tin trim and astragal details are more visible in these photos. The larger install photo shows a middle gate that we did over a decade ago, and another gate from even earlier. The middle gate was made with a pair of antique Mexican doors and features a pair of slender shutters.
