Entry Gate with Header
This entry gate with iron strapping was constructed with a pair of antique doors. The finished gates were fitted with 7 inch pull rings and set into a surround made with salvaged heavy timbers that go deep into the ground. Additional photos show the back of the gate with the full length of the timbers and details of the iron strapping and staples original to the antique doors, as well as the gate installed.
